Kitchen is fully fitted with freezer, chillers, counter chiller, gas stove, microwave, pizza over, electric hot plate, deep fryers, stainless steel tables, 3 sinks, plates & cutlery, pots & pans.
Co-sharing with a bar that operates 5pm-1am on weekdays and 8pm-3am on Saturdays. Only condition is that during his official operating hours you cannot serve your own drinks. He also requests that you serve his customers minimally finger food (until 10pm at least), otherwise he would like a small corner of the kitchen for a deep fryer to serve his customers.
When he is not operating, you are free to sell whatever you want and your customers can play darts or pool and dine in the whole cafe space.
